My Terms of Service

1) I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason.2) At least 1/2 of the owed amount after the sketch stage. I only use Paypal at the moment. This is to discourage scammers, apologies in advance! If a commission will total $80 or more, payment plans can be worked out.3) The rest of payment must be sent after the sketch stage or on the agreed upon schedule.4) Partial refunds are given only if you are completely unsatisfied with my work. Full refunds are only offered if I cancel the commission myself or 3-4 weeks have passed since being commissioned without passing the sketch phase. Once a piece is lined, no full refunds will be offered.5) Turn-around times can vary due to my health issues. If I am taking more than a week on your piece and you are first on my queue, please feel free to DM me on Discord.6) Please provide good quality reference pictures, especially for complex clothing and precise colors. I may tell you if an outfit is overly complex and needs to be simplified. You must provide a pose reference, but the model need not be the gender/build of your character.7) I do not do shading (other than eyes) at this time, and backgrounds will be transparent or consist of a color gradient. Please do not color line-art or shade colored pieces I have made. Certain special effects like eye glow are available upon request for colored pieces only.8) 3-4 edit requests per stage (as in, more will be offered to colored pieces) are offered for free. Anything more than that and I will begin charging depending on the size of the edit. Exceptions will be made for POC, fat characters, or accessibility aids such as walkers.9) You are responsible for the files once I am finished. I cannot save every single file. You will receive a high-quality PNG and resizes/cropping are offered upon request.10) Do not crop out my signature/watermark except in the case of use for website profile pictures. If you wish to use your piece as a profile picture, I can make a smaller signature/mark for it.11) I reserve the right to use any art in my portfolio to promote myself. If you are posting my art anywhere, please link back to this website.12) My art is for personal use only. No commercial use, NFTs, or AI.13) Things I will draw: humanoids, anthro/furry, quadruped/ferals, monsters, and simple clothing. Human races, genders, and abilities of all kinds. Quality references are paramount for heavier or POC characters. If you are displeased by the final product, a discount will be offered. I will attempt face claim art, but no guarantee to its quality will be offered. I will work off of AI references.14) Things I won't draw: anything not related to Neopets, gore, eye-straining colors, NSFW, overly-complex outfits, backgrounds consisting of more than abstract shapes/colors, depictions of sensitive topics such as suicide, and "hate art" (anything meant to hurt someone).15) Couples and group pieces are difficult for me, so I will need high quality pose references and additional time if you're looking for that level.
